If your Revertise account goes down: replacement, step by step
Accounts can go down — anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. What matters is how quickly you are spending again. Here is the process.
1. Do not appeal before you tell us
An appeal submitted from the wrong profile can close options we would otherwise still have. Message us first with the account ID and a screenshot of the exact restriction wording.
2. Send the four things we need
Order number, account ID, a screenshot of the restriction, and a one-line description of what you were running. That is normally enough to judge the case immediately.
3. The replacement window
Each listing states its replacement window in hours, shown on the product page and in your delivery details. Inside that window, and where usage matched the setup guides, we replace the account from stock.
4. What is not covered
Prohibited verticals, cloaking, shared logins and accounts run without the specified proxy fall outside the window. This is not fine print — it is the same discipline that keeps the rest of the inventory clean.
Open a request from your dashboard with the order attached and we will come back with a decision, not a queue position.
